As a small independent business, all I ask it that fees are paid 24 hours ahead of your appointment to guarantee your booking.
Currently, I am unable to offer a refund on payments made, however should you for reasons against your control be unable to make your appointment, you will of course be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available day and time that suits both parties.
During our initial conversation you are so welcome to discuss any questions you may have to ensure you feel 100% comfortable from the get go.
