As a small independent business, time is valuable. Therefore all bookings must be secured with a non refundable £50 deposit at the time of scheduling. All additional fees owed must be paid 48 hours in advance of your appointment (total minus deposit).

Currently, we are unable to offer a refund on payments made, however should you for reasons against your control be unable to make your appointment, you will be given the opportunity to reschedule for the next available day and time that suits both parties.

Following our initial consultation I will walk you through the terms and of course we can discuss any questions you may have to ensure you feel 100% comfortable from the get go.
